Your Belgian GP Driver of the Day Pick?

Lewis Hamilton’s storming charge from 18th on the grid to seventh place at the Belgian Grand Prix has earned him the Driver of the Day award, as voted by fans. Now in his debut season with Ferrari, the seven-time world champion showcased his trademark grit at Spa-Francorchamps, slicing through the field despite tricky wet-dry conditions.

Starting near the back after a qualifying mishap, Hamilton wasted no time. He picked off rivals lap by lap, using smart tire strategy and bold overtakes to climb 11 positions. His pace in the SF-25 car stood out, even as teammate Charles Leclerc battled for podium spots up front.

Fans clearly appreciated the masterclass, with Hamilton topping the poll ahead of race winner Max Verstappen and Lando Norris. It’s a timely boost for Ferrari in a tight constructors’ fight, where every point counts against Red Bull and McLaren.

Hamilton later said the drive reminded him why he loves racing at Spa, praising the team’s quick adaptations. With the season heating up, this performance signals he’s adapting fast to his new red overalls.
